Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut the boneless chicken breasts into strips.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip first into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs. Place the breaded chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the Chicken
Bake the chicken strips in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
Buffalo Sauce

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and honey. Stir until well combined and heated through.

Coat the Chicken
Once the chicken strips are removed from the oven, place them in a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until they are evenly coated.

Arrange the celery sticks on a serving platter and add a bowl of blue cheese dressing for dipping.
