Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Haddock
Rinse the haddock fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place them in a baking dish.

Add Lemon Juice
Drizzle the lemon juice over the haddock fillets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
Make the Crust

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add Olive Oil
Drizzle the olive oil over the breadcrumb mixture and stir until the mixture is evenly moistened.
Bake

Apply Crust
Spread the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the haddock fillets, pressing down gently to adhere.

Bake in Oven
Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the haddock is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

While the fish is baking, prepare your preferred sides such as steamed broccoli or mashed potatoes.
