Cooking Instructions
- 1
Soak the Soybeans
Rinse the soybeans under cold water and then soak them in a bowl with enough water to cover them by at least 2 inches for 8 hours or overnight.
- 2
Cook the Soybeans
Drain the soaked soybeans and transfer them to a pot. Add 4 cups of fresh water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 1 hour, or until the soybeans are tender.

Season the Soybeans
Once cooked, drain any excess water. In a large bowl, toss the cooked soybeans with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well combined.
