Soak the wide rice noodles in hot water for about 30 minutes or until softened. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
