Prepare the Honeydew
Cut the honeydew melon in half and scoop out the seeds. Use a melon baller or a knife to cut the flesh into small cubes.

Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the honeydew cubes, lime juice, mint leaves, and water. Blend until smooth.

Strain (Optional)
If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp for a smoother texture.

Pour the honedew into glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with additional mint leaves if desired.
