Lamb Meatballs

Prepare the Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, bread crumbs, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, egg, and chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cook the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
Tsatziki Sauce

Prepare the Tsatziki
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and chopped dill. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Apricot Chili Glaze

Make the Glaze
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the apricot preserves, chili paste, soy sauce, and minced ginger. Stir until the mixture is smooth and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
