Crawfish Dip

Asiago Crostini

Method

Crawfish Dip

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crawfish

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked crawfish tails with blackening seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix the Cheese Base

In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and pimento cheese. Stir until smooth and well integrated.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Add the seasoned crawfish mixture and chopped scallions to the cheese base. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.

  4. 4

    Chill the Dip

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Asiago Crostini

  1. 5

    Prepare the Baguette

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the sliced baguette on a baking sheet.

  2. 6

    Drizzle with Olive Oil

Brush each slice of baguette with olive oil on both sides.

  3. 7

    Add Cheese and Bake

Sprinkle the grated asiago cheese on top of each slice. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
