Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Cut the watermelon into cubes. Slice the red onion thinly.

Roast the Pecans
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and roast for about 8-10 minutes until fragrant, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine, watermelon cubes, blueberries, sliced red onion, and roasted pecans.

Add Cheese and Dressing
Crumble the goat cheese over the top of the salad, then drizzle with apple honey vinaigrette. Toss gently to combine.
