Prepare the Deviled Eggs
Boil the eggs, cool them, and make the filling.

Peel the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise, and remove the yolks. In a bowl, mash the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.

Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and set aside.

Cook the Bacon
Fry the peppercorn bacon until crispy.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the peppercorn bacon until it is crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into pieces.

Cut and season the potatoes before frying.

Assemble the Dish
Layer the deviled eggs, lettuce, tomato, and bacon.

On a plate, place a lettuce leaf, add a slice of tomato, and top with deviled eggs. Sprinkle pieces of bacon on top.
