Deviled Egg Base

Method

Prepare the Deviled Eggs

    Boil the Eggs

    Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.

    Cool and Peel

    Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes. Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.

    Make the Filling

    Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mash until smooth.

    Shrimp Deviled Eggs

    Mix half of the egg yolk filling with shrimp and seafood sauce. Spoon mixture into egg whites.

    Fried Chicken Deviled Eggs

    Mix half of the egg yolk filling with fried chicken, lemon pepper seasoning, and mild sauce. Spoon mixture into egg whites.

    Mix half of the egg yolk filling with crumbled bacon and ranch dressing. Spoon mixture into egg whites.
