Prepare the Filling

Cook the Wild Rice
In a medium saucepan, combine wild rice with 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 40-45 minutes or until the rice is tender. Drain any excess water if necessary.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix the cooked wild rice with the sautéed vegetables. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Prepare Cabbage
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Carefully remove the core from the cabbage and place the whole head in the boiling water. Blanch for about 2-3 minutes until leaves are pliable. Remove and let cool slightly. Gently peel off the leaves.
Assemble and Cook

Stuff and Roll
Take a cabbage leaf and place a generous amount of the filling in the center. Fold the sides over and roll up tightly. Repeat until all filling is used.

Prepare the Vegetable Jus
In a saucepan, combine vegetable broth, soy sauce, and thyme. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes.

Bake the Stuffed Cabbage
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a baking dish, pour some vegetable jus on the bottom. Place the stuffed cabbage rolls seam side down in the dish and pour the remaining jus over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
