Prepare the Roasted Garlic
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the whole garlic bulb in aluminum foil and roast it in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until soft. Allow it to cool, then squeeze the cloves out of their skins.

Assembling the Pizza

Preheat Oven for Pizza Baking
Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended for baking the vegan crust, usually around 450°F (232°C).

Spread the Spinach
Place the vegan pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the fresh baby spinach evenly over the crust.

Add the Toppings
Layer the sliced mushrooms and diced Roma tomatoes over the spinach. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves over the toppings, distributing them evenly.

Sprinkle the Cheese
Top with shredded smoked Provolone cheese, ensuring an even coverage across the pizza.
Baking

Bake the Pizza
Place the assembled pizza into the preheated oven. Bake according to the vegan crust instructions, usually about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.

Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve warm.
