Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Roasted Garlic

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap the whole garlic bulb in aluminum foil and roast it in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until soft. Allow it to cool, then squeeze the cloves out of their skins.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the garlic is roasting, wash and dry the baby spinach. Slice the mushrooms and dice the Roma tomatoes. Set aside.

Assembling the Pizza

  1. 3

    Preheat Oven for Pizza Baking

Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended for baking the vegan crust, usually around 450°F (232°C).

  2. 4

    Spread the Spinach

Place the vegan pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread the fresh baby spinach evenly over the crust.

  3. 5

    Add the Toppings

Layer the sliced mushrooms and diced Roma tomatoes over the spinach. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves over the toppings, distributing them evenly.

  4. 6

    Sprinkle the Cheese

Top with shredded smoked Provolone cheese, ensuring an even coverage across the pizza.

Baking

  1. 7

    Bake the Pizza

Place the assembled pizza into the preheated oven. Bake according to the vegan crust instructions, usually about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.

  2. 8

    Cool and Serve

Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve warm.
