Fresh Pico de Gallo

    Dice the Roma tomatoes, onion, and jalapeño pepper (removing seeds for less heat if desired). Chop the fresh cilantro.

    In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt.
