Begin by washing all the vegetables thoroughly. Dice the Roma tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Remove the seeds and stem from the green bell peppers, then chop them into small cubes. Slice the banana peppers into rings.

Slice the smoked Provolone cheese into thin strips or small cubes, depending on your preference.
