Cut the green peppers in half, remove the seeds and stems, and then slice them into thin strips.

Slice the banana peppers into rings, keeping the seeds if you like some heat.

Cut the smoked Provolone cheese into small cubes or slices for easy serving.

In a large serving bowl, combine the chopped Roma tomatoes, sliced green peppers, and sliced banana peppers.
