Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Romaine

Wash and dry the Romaine lettuce heads. Cut each head in half lengthwise.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Tomatoes

Rinse the grape tomatoes under cold water and pat them dry. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grilling

  1. 4

    Grill the Romaine

Place the halved Romaine heads on the grill cut-side down. Grill for about 3-4 minutes until you see grill marks and the lettuce begins to wilt.

  2. 5

    Grill the Tomatoes

Add the grape tomatoes to a grill basket or skewers and place them on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, shaking occasionally until they are slightly charred.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Combine Ingredients

Remove the grilled Romaine and tomatoes from the grill. On a large platter, arrange the grilled Romaine halves, top with grilled grape tomatoes, and drizzle with Caesar dressing.

  2. 7

    Add Toppings

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top, and add croutons for crunch.

  3. 8

    Serve

Serve immediately while warm and enjoy your Grilled Caesar!
