Method
Preparation
- 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2
Prepare the jalapeños by slicing them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds and membranes. This will help reduce the heat and make them easier to stuff.
- 3
- 4
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped bacon, smoked provolone cheese, and asiago cheese. Mix until well combined.
Stuffing the Jalapeños
- 5
Stuffing
Using a spoon, fill each jalapeño half with the cheese and bacon mixture, pressing gently to ensure the filling holds.
Baking
- 6
Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 7
Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Serving
- 8
Remove the stuffed jalapeños from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- 9
Serve warm with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
