Prepare the Pepperoni
If needed, slice the heritage pepperoni into smaller pieces or leave them whole, depending on your preference.

Grate the Cheese
Grate the Asiago cheese using a box grater or food processor.
Assemble the Pizza

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.

Prepare Pizza Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a round shape to your desired thickness.

Spread Pizza Sauce
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the Bacon and Pepperoni
Crumble the cooked bacon over the sauce and layer the heritage pepperoni on top.

Sprinkle Cheese and Seasoning
Evenly sprinkle the grated Asiago cheese over the toppings. Add oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Bake the Pizza

Transfer Pizza to Oven
Carefully transfer the assembled pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or a baking sheet.
