Preparation

Prepare the Cured Meats
Slice the prosciutto, salami, and chorizo into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on one side of your serving board.

Prepare the Cheeses
Cut the brie, cheddar, and goat cheese into wedges or slices. Place them adjacent to the cured meats on the board.

Make the Crostini
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick slices. Lay them on a baking sheet, brush each slice with olive oil, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Prepare Jams & Spreads
Spoon the fig jam, honey, and mustard into small bowls and place them on the board, leaving space for the crostini.

Add Garnish
Sprinkle fresh herbs over the board for decoration. Scatter olives around the meats and cheeses for an added touch.

Present the Charcuterie Board
Serve the charcuterie board with a set of small plates, napkins, and forks. Allow guests to help themselves and enjoy!
