Method
Wings Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder, tossing to coat evenly.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- 3
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until well combined. Remove from heat.
- 4
Toss the Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are baked, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss gently to coat them evenly.
Blue Cheese Dressing Preparation
- 5
Make the Dressing
In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Use a fork to mash the blue cheese into the mixture and stir until well combined and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
