Prepare the Steak
Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Sear the Steak
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they reach your desired doneness.

Add Cheese
Once the steak bites are cooked, sprinkle the shredded cheese over them and cover the skillet for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.

Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve with Bavarian mustard on the side.
