Preparation of the Beef
Take the dry-aged beef out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Rub the beef with olive oil, then sprinkle salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly over the surface.

Once cooked, remove the beef from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
