Bourbon Bowl Directions
- 1
Prepare the Grains
Rinse quinoa and wild rice under cold water. In a pot, combine quinoa and wild rice with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until both grains are tender and water is absorbed.

Cook the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add baby corn, pearl onions, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, red bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and pea pods. Sauté for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 3
Add Mushrooms and Sauce
Stir in mushrooms and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until they are cooked through. Pour in the bourbon sauce and stir to combine. Allow to simmer for another 2 minutes.

Assemble the Bowl
In serving bowls, layer a scoop of quinoa and wild rice mix, then top with the sautéed vegetable and bourbon sauce mixture. Garnish with chopped green onions.
