1. Prepare the Ingredients
Slice the squid, bell peppers, onion, and julienne the carrots. Shred the cabbage and have the garlic and chili ready.
3. Sauté Aromatics
Add the minced garlic and sliced red chili to the hot oil. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Cook the Squid
Add the sliced squid to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn opaque.
5. Add Vegetables
Add the sliced bell peppers, shredded cabbage, julienned carrots, and sliced onion to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
6. Season the Dish
Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sprinkle with ground black pepper. Toss everything to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
7. Finish with Basil
Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
