Activate Yeast
In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.

Knead Dough
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

First Rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape Rolls
Punch down the risen dough and divide it into small balls. Roll each ball in bread crumbs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Second Rise
Cover the shaped rolls with a cloth and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
