Form the Patties
Divide the ground beef into 3 equal portions (6 oz each) and form them into patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 3
Cook the Patties
In the same skillet used for the onions, add a bit more oil if necessary. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef patties and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and place a slice of fried breaded white cheddar on top of each patty. Cook for another 3-4 minutes or until the desired doneness is reached.
- 4
Toast the Buns
While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them lightly in another skillet or toaster until golden.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, layer a patty with melted white cheddar, followed by a generous portion of caramelized onions, house pickles, and a drizzle of Aluna sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
