Prep the Stone Fruits

Slice the peaches, plums, and nectarines into wedges. Set aside.

Prepare the Halloumi

Slice the halloumi cheese into thick slices.

Make the Emulsion

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, cinnamon, and honey until well combined.

Grilling

Grill the Halloumi

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the halloumi slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly charred.

Grill the Stone Fruits

Grill the prepared stone fruits for about 3-4 minutes until they are slightly softened and have grill marks.

Assembly

Plate the Dish

On a serving platter, arrange the grilled stone fruits and halloumi slices. Drizzle the cinnamon and lemon emulsion over the top.

Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts and fresh chervil over the dish. Drizzle with cold-pressed canola oil before serving.
