Prepare Chicken Tenders

Cut Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into strips.

Set up three bowls: one with flour mixed with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder; one with beaten eggs and milk; and one with bread crumbs.

Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken strip first in the flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with bread crumbs.

Fry Chicken Tenders

Heat Oil

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.

Fry the breaded chicken strips in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove the chicken tenders and drain on paper towels.

Make Aioli

Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt to taste.

Prepare Fries or Salad

Cut potatoes into thin strips, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake or fry until crispy.
