For Regular Milk

Pour 1 cup of 2% milk into a glass and serve cold.

For Chocolate Milk

In a glass, combine 1 cup of 2% milk with 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup. Stir well until the syrup is fully dissolved. Serve cold.
