Method

Fish Preparation

1

Prepare the fish

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Coat the fish fillets in the mixture, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

2

Bake the fish

Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Vegetable Preparation

3

Prepare the vegetables

While the fish is baking, wash and chop the seasonal vegetables into bite-sized pieces. In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the vegetables, season with salt and black pepper, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp.

Potato or Fries Preparation

4

Prepare the potatoes/fries

If using potatoes, cut them into wedges and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. For French fries, fry or bake according to package instructions.
