Honey Sautéed Pear

    Prepare the Pears

    Core and slice the pears into thin wedges.

    In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the pear slices and sauté for about 3 minutes.

    Add Honey and Spices

    Drizzle honey over the pears, sprinkle with cinnamon, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pears are tender and caramelized.

Warm Spiced Dates

    Prepare the Dates

    Chop the dates into small pieces.

    Sauté Dates

    In a small pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped dates along with ground cardamom and ground cinnamon.

    Sauté for about 5 minutes until the dates are warm and fragrant.

Couscous

    In a saucepan, bring vegetable broth to a boil.

Citronette

Pickled Red Onion
