Prepare the Shrimp
Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

Prepare the Garlic and Herbs
Thinly slice the garlic cloves and chop the fresh parsley. Set both aside for later use.

In a large skillet, heat the Spanish olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers but does not smoke.

Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they turn pink and opaque.

Incorporate the Wine and Spice
Pour in the white wine and sprinkle the dried red pepper flakes over the shrimp. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate slightly.
