Sauté the Onion and Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until translucent. Then add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.

Incorporate the Curry Powder
Sprinkle the curry powder over the cauliflower and mix well, ensuring the florets are coated evenly. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Add Sweet Peas and Broth
Pour in the vegetable broth and add the frozen sweet peas. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Add salt and black pepper to taste. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the peas are heated through.
