Meatballs

Method

Meatballs Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Shape the Meatballs

Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking, then take a portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball about the size of a golf ball. Place the formed meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Cook the Meatballs

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the meatballs in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
