Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rinse the beef ribs under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a small bowl, mix together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and brown sugar. Rub this seasoning mix all over the beef ribs.

In a separate bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, water, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well mixed.

Place the seasoned ribs in a roasting pan and pour the cooking liquid over the top. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
