Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Pat the pork ribs dry with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet.

2

Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.

3

Wrap with Bacon

Wrap the bacon strips around the ribs, covering them completely. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

4

Bake the Ribs

Drizzle olive oil over the wrapped ribs. Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.

5

Glaze with BBQ Sauce

Remove the ribs from the oven and brush BBQ sauce generously over the bacon-wrapped ribs. Return to the oven uncovered for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

6

Serve

Once done, let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
