In a large pot, add the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid. Heat over medium-high heat, shaking occasionally until the popping slows down. Remove from heat.

Drizzle the truffle oil over the freshly popped popcorn. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
