Roll the fresh lemons on a hard surface to soften them. Cut them in half and juice them into a measuring cup until you have 2 cups of lemon juice.

In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar with 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.

In a large pitcher, combine the freshly squeezed lemon juice, the cooled sugar syrup, and the remaining 3 cups of water. Stir well to incorporate.

Pour in 1 cup of cranberry juice into the lemonade mixture. Stir gently to combine, ensuring an even pink color throughout.

Slowly add 2 cups of club soda to the mixture just before serving to maintain the fizziness.
