Prepare the Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add Taco Seasoning
Stir in taco seasoning and 1/2 cup of water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.

Assemble the Tacos
Fill each taco shell with the seasoned beef, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Top with sour cream and sliced jalapeños as desired.

Cook the Rice
In a medium saucepan, combine rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil.

Simmer
Reduce heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 18 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
Beans

Prepare the Beans
In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add drained black beans, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.

Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
