Prepare the Meats
In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside. Finally, add diced pork and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Fry the Vegetables
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil. Stir in the chopped green onions, diced bell pepper, and broccoli florets. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Add Seasoning
Season the mixture with soy sauce (to taste), salt, and pepper. Stir well to ensure even distribution of the sauce.

Fry the Eggs
In a separate pan, heat the remaining tablespoon of oil. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry them sunny side up or to your desired doneness.
