Prepare the Salsa
If using homemade salsa roja, prepare it in advance. If using store-bought, ensure it's ready for use.

Heat the Chips
In a large skillet, gently heat the corn tortilla chips over medium heat until warm.

Add Salsa
Pour the salsa roja over the tortilla chips, stirring gently to coat the chips evenly.

Melt the Cheese
Sprinkle the Chihuahua cheese over the tortilla chips and salsa. Cover the skillet with a lid to allow the cheese to melt.

Serve
Once the cheese is melted, remove from heat. Top with fried eggs, diced onion, and a dollop of sour cream. Serve immediately.
