    Prepare the Mini Taco

    In a small skillet over medium heat, cook the chorizo until browned. Add the mini potatoes and cook until they are tender. Assemble the mixture into mini taco shells or serve on a skewer.

    Mix the Bloody Mary

    In a shaker filled with ice, combine vodka, tomato juice, fresh lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, and ground black pepper. Shake gently to mix.

    Serve

    Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a celery stalk and a lime wedge. Serve with the mini potato/chorizo taco on the side.
