Preparation Steps
1. Prepare Sushi Rice
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool slightly, then mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl and fold it into the rice gently.
2. Prepare Tamago
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and cook in a non-stick pan over low heat, swirling the pan to create a thin layer. Cook until slightly set, then roll it up and slice into pieces.
3. Prepare Fish
Slice the fresh fish (Ebi, Ika, Maguro, Sake, Shiromi, Hamachi) into thin, even pieces for sashimi. For sushi, form small balls of sushi rice and top with fish slices.
4. Assemble the Sushi and Sashimi
Arrange the sushi and sashimi on a platter. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger on the side.
