Prepare the Grill
Soak the oak wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Season the Beef
Season the dry-aged beef patties with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Grill the Patties
Place the soaked oak wood chips directly onto the coals or in a smoker box. Grill the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare, adding a slice of cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking if desired.

Toast the Buns
During the last minute of grilling, place the brioche buns cut-side down on the grill to toast lightly.

Serve
Serve the Roadhouse Burgers hot with your choice of sides.
