Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Grill

Soak the oak wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Season the Beef

Season the dry-aged beef patties with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patties

Place the soaked oak wood chips directly onto the coals or in a smoker box. Grill the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare, adding a slice of cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking if desired.

  4. 4

    Toast the Buns

During the last minute of grilling, place the brioche buns cut-side down on the grill to toast lightly.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Once cooked, place the beef patties on the toasted brioche buns. Top with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Close the burger with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the Roadhouse Burgers hot with your choice of sides.
