Preparation Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribeye

Preheat your grill to high heat. Brush the ribeye steak with olive oil and season generously with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Grill the Ribeye

Place the seasoned ribeye steak on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting cooking time based on desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Let the Steak Rest

Once cooked, remove the ribeye from the grill and let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until the lettuce is well coated.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Salad

Slice the rested ribeye steak against the grain into thin strips. Place the prepared Caesar salad on a serving platter and top with the sliced ribeye, remaining Parmesan cheese, and croutons.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the Ribeye Caesar Salad immediately while the steak is warm.
