Directions
- 1
Sun Curing
Spread the raw peanuts in a single layer on a clean surface under direct sunlight. Allow them to cure for 1-2 days, turning occasionally, until they feel dry to the touch.
- 2
Blistering
In a large pot, heat some water until boiling. Add the cured peanuts and boil for about 10 minutes. This will help create the blisters on the peanuts.
- 3
Roasting
Drain the peanuts and spread them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Roast in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- 4
Cooling and Serving
Once roasted, remove the peanuts from the oven and let them cool. Serve as a snack or store in an airtight container.
