Prepare the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is smooth and emulsified. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble the Salad
Rinse and dry the whole leaves of romaine lettuce. Arrange them on a large serving platter or individual plates. Drizzle the house-made Caesar dressing generously over the lettuce leaves.

Add Toppings
Sprinkle the grated Sarvecchio Parmesan cheese over the dressed romaine. Add salt-and-pepper croutons on top.
