Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Oak Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and soak the oak wood chips in water for 30 minutes to enhance the smoky flavor.

  2. 2

    Form the Burger Patty

In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into a patty, about 1-inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Nueske's applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain.

  4. 4

    Grill the Burger

Place the soaked oak wood chips on the grill. Grill the burger patty for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium doneness. Add the cheddar cheese on top of the patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the brioche bun on the grill for about 1 minute. Layer the burger patty with melted cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your 24/7 Burger!
