Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half. Toss them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Spread the prepared Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels, then crumble into pieces.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Pizza

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then top with roasted Brussels sprouts, crumbled bacon, and Fontina cheese.

  5. 5

    Bake the Pizza

Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.

  6. 6

    Finish and Serve

Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
