Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the prepared Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.

Assemble the Pizza
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then top with roasted Brussels sprouts, crumbled bacon, and Fontina cheese.

Bake the Pizza
Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.

Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
