Mixed Mushrooms, Ricotta, Mozzarella, Broccolini, Thyme, Truffle Chili Oil
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil and sauté the mixed mushrooms until they are soft and browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough. Add the sautéed mushrooms, chopped broccolini, and shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle fresh thyme over the top.
Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or a pizza stone and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle the truffle chili oil over the top before slicing and serving.
